We are looking for an Intermediate HR Recruiter to support our U.S. IT recruitment operations. If you have around 1.5–2 years of experience in recruitment and are eager to expand your skills in U.S. hiring and consultant bench marketing, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end U.S. recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Work with various U.S. work authorizations, including W2, OPT, CPT, H1-B, and H1-B Transfers.
- Market bench consultants by reaching out to vendor partners, posting on job portals, and ensuring consistent visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with tier-1 vendors and implementation partners to identify potential job opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with consultants to understand their technical skills, preferences, and availability.
- Stay informed on the latest U.S. hiring trends, immigration policies, and market demands.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (U.S. staffing preferred).
- Familiarity with U.S. work authorizations and visa types.
- Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, and vendor networking.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts to align with U.S. time zones.
